Silasec is a penetrating anti-leak solution for building surfaces with permanent durability. Bondall Silasec is made from a clay-based material.

Drying time: 24 hours per layer and requires 3 layers

Advantages of Bondall Silasec:
1. Resistant to negative (outside to inside) and positive (inside to outside) water pressure.
2. Can overcome wall sweating (moisture on concrete).
3. Can be used to plug water leaks by applying a 1:2 ratio (Silasec : cement).
4. Economical.
5. Serves as an integral waterproofing (if mixed with mortar, the mortar becomes a waterproofing mortar).

Application areas of Bondall Silasec: Concrete, slabs, pools, basements, rooftop gardens.

How to apply Bondall Silasec:
1. The surface must be cleaned. If the surface is smooth, it must be peeled or roughened first with a wire brush.
2. Dampen the surface evenly, do not let it puddle.
3. Apply the anti-leak cement paint (1 Silasec + 5 Water + 7 Cement).
4. Perform 3 layers with a 24-hour interval.

Note: Silasec that has been mixed with cement must be used within 45 minutes. If there are cracks, they must be repaired first.
